  • Purchase is only available for products which are shown in stock on website.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD) available all over Bangladesh also digital payment allow.
  • Once the order has been paid, it cannot be cancelled.
  •  In case of size mismatch, delivery charge will be re-applicable.

Shipping Policy

We are dedicated on delivering your order in mint condition & on time Please note our shipping policy:

  • We delivered product within maximum 2 working days Inside Dhaka and 3 - 4 working days Outside Dhaka from order, we put in our best efforts to ship your order at your door step.
  • Because of any inconvenience situation ( Courier Problem, Bad Weather, Strike, Misinformation etc. ) delivery may late. For this Vibrant Authority will not responsible.
  • Our regular delivery days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding govt. holidays
  • Each order is delivered to a single destination address. However, if you want us to deliver products to different addresses then you need to place multiple orders for individual destinations
  • We make sure you receive your order in mint condition and on-time delivery. Hence we have our own delivery service and for outside Dhaka, we use reputed courier services
  • While we try to deliver all your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Exchange Policy

If you find any discrepancies in size, or quality with the products you purchased, you can exchange the item in its original, unused condition within 2 days of the purchase date or receipt of the product. Please ensure the product is returned with the original packaging and price tag for online orders. We will gladly exchange the product under the following conditions:

  1.  The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original   purchase price. If exchanging for a higher-value item, you must pay the   difference.
  2.  No cash refunds are applicable in product exchanges.
  3.  You must report any exchange issues within 48 hours of receiving the product through our hotline at 09613-122122 (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday, except government holidays).
  4. Delivery charges for exchanges are as follows: Inside Dhaka - 80 TK, Dhaka Subarea - 120 TK, Outside Dhaka - 150 TK.
  5. Current promotions will not apply to exchanges; instead, the promotion active during the original purchase will be considered. If you wish to exchange for a different product, no promotional offers will be applicable.
  6.  Flash Sale products are not eligible for exchange.
  7. Changes of mind are not applicable for product exchanges.


Alternatively, you can exchange your items by placing exchange requests through email at info@vibrantbd.com. The respective items must be returned to the Vibrant E-commerce warehouse at House 87, Sohrawardi Avenue, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka-1212. Such exchanges will be processed within 14 working days after receipt of the item(s) in accordance with the terms of this Exchange Policy.

    Shop Return Policy

    In case of claiming, the customer who has purchased Vibrant product, can go to specific shop from where the purchase has been done for product claim. The store manager will settle the claim according to the regular claim policy. If the specific product is not available, the store manager may send the product to the warehouse for the claim and warehouse will send a new product to that store for settlement after checking the product according to the claim procedure.

    GENERAL POLICY FOR SETTLEMENT OF CUSTOMERS CLAIM

    WARRANTY POLICY

    We provide 100% replacement on products purchased from Vibrant stores if there’s any major manufacturing defect, within 30days from the date of purchase on the basis of physical money receipt. In case of minor defects the customer may get a repair service.

    No claims will be taken for price reduced or marked down products.

    Vibrant reserves the rights not to accept any fraudulent claim and make final decision on any claim settlement.

    Definition of Claim for Shoes/Accessories:

    For Shoes:

    Damage to upper or material:

    a. If the upper is damaged and/or becomes discolored.

    b. The upper or sole is torn due to bad stitching and/or bad material.

    c. Sole detachment occurs due to bad adhesion.

    d. The sole/insole/material is cracked or spoiled due to bad material.

    For Non Footwear:

    a. Discolor on buckles of bags/accessories

    b. Material cracked or damaged due to bad material

    c. Chain or handler detached due to poor stitching
